Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To report a damaged item, please email our support team with:
Your order number
Clear photos of the damaged product
Photos of the packaging
If the claim is approved, we may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
Missing Items / Package Issues
If an order is delivered but items are missing, the customer must:
Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
Provide photo evidence of the package and contents
File a police report for the missing items if required
All missing package claims are subject to investigation. Refunds (if approved) will only be processed after the investigation period, which may take up to 90 days.
Shipping Responsibility
Once an order has been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages.
Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is correct at checkout.
